Proven sales leader
Coaching and developing sales people is as much art form as it is science. It is also a job that is filled with challenges, which is why I wrote this book. It is my sincere hope that aspiring and new sales leaders can use this as another tool in their arsenal.
I've often envisioned myself as a true renaissance man, or an onion. Either way, I like to continually grow intellectually, my skills, and my network.
As an endurance athlete, I've learned that business is very much like an ultramarathon- you have to prepare and plan ahead of time, but the minute the race starts, your plan is pretty much out the window. Race time is when you need to adapt and pivot to changes and competition. This is where I shine, and coaching others through the complexities of business has become my area of focus. Helping others achieve more than they ever envisioned is one of the most rewarding efforts of my career.
